How do payment plans subscriptions work?

Card, PayPal, bank transfer. If you pay with Card or PayPal the service is activated instantly, if you pay by transfer it is activated when we receive the bank receipt.
You will receive the automatically-generated invoice in your email account. We recommend that you complete the billing data with care so that the invoice arrives complete and correct.

Are surveys deleted? How long are my surveys kept?

Your online surveys are not deleted when you change plans.
Your surveys are deleted only if you are a user of the basic plan and do not use your account for 12 consecutive months.

What can I do with my data once it has been collected?

It is very easy to export Encuesta.com data.
They can be downloaded as an Excel file (.xls), even while they are being collected.

Can my survey respond from mobile devices?

Yes; all surveys created with Encuesta.com automatically adapt to the screen size of any device.
Therefore, your respondents will be able to respond to web surveys from a PC, from smartphones or from a tablet without having to do any additional configuration for this.

Yes, we activate your 7 day trial version.

Is my data secure?

The program runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and our servers are in Ireland, Europe.
AWS cloud infrastructure is one of the safest computing environments on the planet.
We will not use any information collected in the online surveys in any way.
Also, any data or material that is entered in the survey tool (images, emails, etc.) will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.

I have the survey in my personal email account and now I will subscribe with the company account. Can I transfer the survey?

Yes, you can! From the survey manager of your personal account you can copy or move any survey to another user account as long as this second account is on a paid plan.

I have a massive campaign.
Can I send it through encuesta.com?

The encuesta.com platform is prepared to support bulk shipments.
To consult with us about the volume of the campaign send us an email.

Can I create my online survey in multiple languages?

Yes, you can create your survey in more than 60 languages.
The respondent will be shown the survey in the language that corresponds to him by his IP and by the language of his internet browser.
